Refund Policy

1. Application form fee

Where an application form fee applies, it covers processing and review. It is non-refundable once your application has been reviewed.

2. Programme fees

If you withdraw before resumption, you may request a refund of programme fees, minus any administrative and centre charges that have already been incurred. After lectures begin, programme fees are generally non-refundable.

3. If we cannot place you

If we are unable to secure a place for you at a suitable study centre, you will receive a full refund of any programme fees paid to us.

4. How to request a refund

Email us with your application number, full name, payment receipt and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 working days, and approved refunds are processed within 14 working days.

5. Payments made to third parties

We can only refund payments made using our official payment details. We are not responsible for payments made to unofficial accounts or individuals.
